A large and relaxing Howard & Sons upholstered chair dating from the mid 19th century. Having a sprung seat with a feather cushion for ultimate comfort, retaining the original horse hair stuffing. The whole raised on walnut turned front legs with the original Cope & Collinson castors. Recently re-upholstered in Howard & Sons ticking. Numbered back leg, English, Circa 1860.
