A superb 19th century Mahogany upholstered sofa in the George II style. Having a square buttoned back with a gentle scroll to the arm, with sprung seat and original horse hair swab buttoned cushion. The whole raised on strong cabriole legs with carved knees and fabulous ball and claw feet. Not newly upholstered but perfectly country house presentable. English, Circa 1870.
