A large country house ottoman, sarcophagus form with lift-up lid and cotton lined interior. Having a Mahogany moulded edge to the base and raised on squat bun feet with original inset castors. Currently upholstered in green velvet with 19th C. tapestry panels, perfectly presentable or ready for a new topcoat. English, Circa 1870.
