Victorian Upholstered Easy Chair, having oak ring turned legs with brass and porcelain castors. The chairs offers very comfortable seating having a deep sprung seat, the whole stuffed with horse hair. Stampled by John Taylor & Sons of Edinburgh.
John Taylor and Son were appointed 'Cabinet-makers and Upholsterers in Ordinary to Her Majesty the Queen' at Edinburgh in 1852.Their Rosemount Cabinet Works at Gardner's Court was opened in about 1857
