Description
SOLD    Victorian petite two door alcove bookcase with classic arched panelled doors.  The bookcase cabinet has flame mahogany veneers and beautiful hand-carved corbels, standing on its original blind plinth and rising over this are the plain pilasters with beautiful scrolled carved corbels surmounting. .  Behind the upper section are three adjustable shelves, two original and one a replacement.  The bookcase has a working lock and key to the cupboard door, having the original brass escutcheon. 1870
